Raimondi Restaurant@ Hotel Villa Flori

Yesterday I had a romantic dinner at Raimondi rstaurant, a sumptuous and charming place on shore mid-way between como and cernobbio. This restaurant is located inside the 4 star luxury Hotel Villa Flori, one of the most famous and ancient villas on Lake Como transformed later in hotel.The atmosphere in the outdoor garden is fantastic and romantic thnks to the many candles placed everywhere.

Asking the chef  for a light dinner, we opted for an entry of crudités followed by a selection of seafood to carpaccio and a seabream baked at salt. Everithing accompained with a bottle of Blange. Fantastic!

Sending out postcards

My hobby for this summer is about sending
postcards. But not those 90's look-alike pieces of paper!
I found an Apple application that is super funny.Is called Zoot Card and is free download.
Basically what I do is shooting
a photo with the iPad, customize it with their special features and then enter a
real addresses (not email addresses). It's hilarious!
Now my friends do not tolerate me anymore because they
receive printed postcards of all the pictures that I take with my ipad.

The funniest thing is that in addition to the message on the back of your postcard you can put your
signature personally wrote touching the screen.

 You should definitely try it out and if

Serata al Touring Cafè Evening at Touring cafè

Ieri sera io ed i miei amici, come tappa per eliminare lo stress della giornata lavorativa, siamo approdati al Touring Cafè, un moderno lounge bar che affaccia su una delle piazze principali di Como. Tra racconti di aneddoti e pianificazioni per il week-end abbiamo assaggiato alcuni dei buonissimi stuzzichini e degustato un ottimo Lugana, vino prodotto nella zona del bassa Garda su un terreno particolarmente argilloso. Il particolare che preferisco? Il suo color giallo tendente al dorato!

Last night me and my friends, just to eliminate the workingday stress, we landed the Touring Cafè, a modern lounge bar overlooking one of the main squares of Como. Among anecdotes and tales of schedules for the week-end we tried some of the good appetizers and tasted a great Lugana, wine produced in the area of the low Garda on a particularly clay. My favorite detail? Its yellow colour tending to gold!
